Overview:
Due to growth, PhysioWorks is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient clinic position in Kent, WA. Full-time availability is preferred. Part-time candidates with at least 16 hours of availability per week will also be considered. Forty hours per week are available.
This position includes a sign-on bonus!
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of patients. The clinic's focus is on general orthopedics and work rehabilitation. The Physical Therapist on the team sees a caseload of 10-12 patients per day, and patients are scheduled for one-hour sessions.
The well-rounded team in Kent includes PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate, empathic team player. New grads are welcome, and mentorship is available. The team will ensure you are entirely comfortable if hired for this role.
Within this role, you will work with injured workers in specialized programs such as our Work Rehabilitation Programs. Most other insurances are also accepted, so you will have the opportunity to work with various patients.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time or part-time position. The clinic is open 7 am—7 pm Monday through Friday. The schedule is very flexible based on the needs of the PT hired and the clinic. The option to work 4 x 10s or 4 x 8s is available. There are no weekends or holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Physical Therapists are paid a competitive hourly rate of $40-$55, depending on experience and certifications.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
